ACLSA Organization IDs

The ACLSA aggregate reports and raw data are based on the Organization ID entered on the ACLSA Login Page, so if you plan on getting the reports and data, please take note of the instructions below.

Instructions for Creating Organization IDs

  • Use alpha and/or numeric characters only. Special characters and spaces are not allowed.
  • Organization IDs are not case sensitive.
  • A minimum of seven characters and a maximum of 25 characters must be used.
  • If there are multiple programs or divisions within your agency, you can create a separate Organization ID for each program or division. For example, an agency named "Adolescent Central" has two divisions within their agency (uptown and downtown), so they use the following Organization IDs: "adoluptown" and "adoldowntown."
  • To avoid duplicating another agency's ACLSA Organization ID, create Organization IDs that are unique as possible.
  • There's no limit to the number of Organization IDs that an organization can create.
  • There's no need to register your Organization ID with Casey Family Programs.
